Panasonic Service Disc

Does anyone have the Panasonic Service Disc for DVD-RV32 that you talk alot about? Has anyone even seen one? If someone has it, could you please rip a cd image of it and share it to us who need it...
I called Panasonic Finland and they said there is no such disk, at least do they not have of them =(
