Anyone know how to multiregion a TEAC CT-DV512 please?

I have a TEAC CT-DV512 (all-in-one TV/DVD combo) and a large collection of region 1 DVDs, all quite legally purchased, which I can't play on it because it's locked to region 4. Does anyone know a code and procedure for changing it to region 0?

While I'm at it, if anyone can help with an iMac DVD+ (ruby) or an Apple iBook (same problem), that would be greatly appreciated too!
