TOSHIBA SD-100E - Please help me find a code!!!!!!!

Hi,
I have a Toshiba SD-100E, I just want to know if any1 has a hack/code to make this a multi-region DVD (its currently a region 2). Also I heard that you cant get codes to unlock Toshiba DVDs is this true?
