I found from Dutch site this :
REGIOVRIJ PROCEDURE DAEWOO SD-9100

Druk achtereenvolgens op de volgende toetsen van de afstandsbediening:

CD-Lade (CLOSE)
Toets achtereenvolgens: 7, 7, PLAY op de afstandsbediening. Vervolgens verschijnt 'Region Free' op het scherm.
